Candidates must have served as technical leaders, actively participating in complex requirements elicitation, solution architecture design, decision-making, and training delivery. Additionally, they must demonstrate consultative capabilities when engaging stakeholders, supporting system evolution and enhancing process maturity and team capability. **MISSION:** Perform **requirements analysis, modeling, and elicitation**, ensuring efficiency and integration of operational workflows across **Quay, Yard, and Gate**, using BPMN and UML as foundational frameworks for robust, business-aligned software solutions. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Map “As-Is” processes and design “To-Be” processes for port automation. * Document technical and functional requirements for the development team. * Analyze EDI and API integrations with customs systems (Siscomex/Customs Bonded Area). **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related field; * **BPMN 2.0** Experience mapping and redesigning operational processes (Gate-in, Gate-out, inspections, weighings) using tools such as **Bizagi, Signavio, or Camunda**. * **UML** Ability to translate business processes into technical requirements (Use Cases, Sequence Diagrams, Activity Diagrams). * **EDI (UN/EDIFACT)** Proficiency in key container operation message types: **COPRAR, COARRI, COPARN, CODECO**. * **TOS – Terminal Operating System** Hands-on experience with systems such as **Navis N4, Opus**, or domestic solutions. * **WMS (Warehouse Management System)** * **Operational integrations with:** * OCR (scanners) * Scales * Port automation equipment **PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:** * Advanced experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and prior experience in Retroport Terminals or Customs Bonded Areas. * Experience as Scrum Master or Product Owner (PO), with ability to adapt/optimize methodology to team context; * Experience creating automated API test suites: Regression and Contract Testing (Postman or similar); * Experience modeling high-impact business processes using BPMN and identifying bottlenecks to optimize workflow; * Experience and fluency with version control and documentation using GitLab, Markdown, and Wiki.
