Job Summary: A professional to lead energy efficiency projects—from client relationship management to study development and negotiations—with the goal of optimizing and expanding market presence. Strategic involvement in negotiations and prospecting **Responsibilities:** * Establish and maintain strong client relationships for energy efficiency projects, ensuring client satisfaction and initiative success. * Maintain active communication with internal business units to foster collaboration and synergy for energy efficiency projects. * Travel to client sites to collect essential data and present energy efficiency studies, ensuring accuracy and relevance of information. * Develop comprehensive energy efficiency studies for lighting, electric motors, refrigeration, boilers, compressed air, and substations, aiming to optimize energy consumption. * Perform economic feasibility calculations based on projected savings for each proposed project. * Prepare commercial presentations for clients, highlighting the energy efficiency solutions offered. * Monitor and manage opportunity pipelines from identification through closure, maximizing business opportunity utilization. * Actively participate in contractual negotiations to add value to projects and business, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements. * Guide and support team members in energy efficiency activities and projects, promoting professional development and operational excellence. * Conduct proactive prospecting per defined guidelines, autonomously and effectively presenting the company’s business model to expand market reach and acquire new clients and suppliers. **Requirements:** **Academic Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields * Preferred: Postgraduate degree in related areas **Technical Competencies:** * Microsoft Office: Proficiency in tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc. * Relationship and Communication Skills: Ability to interact and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders. * Experience: Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in energy efficiency projects. * Knowledge of at least 3 solutions: Compressed air, motors, lighting, boilers, or substations. * Solid experience in both industrial and agribusiness sectors. **Additional Preferred Qualifications:** * Energy Efficiency Solutions: Knowledge of compressed air systems, electric motors, lighting, boilers, and substations. * Commercial Proposal Development: Experience in preparing commercial proposals, contract management, and supplier relationship management. * Financial Modeling: Ability to perform financial modeling, including NPV (Net Present Value) and IRR (Internal Rate of Return) calculations. * Advanced Office Suite: Advanced proficiency in Excel, including complex formulas and data analysis. * Development of Technical Energy Efficiency Studies. **Benefits:** * Meal Voucher; * Transportation Voucher; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Culture Voucher; * Totalpass; * Galena; * Profit Sharing (PLR); * Birthday Day Off; * Life Insurance; and more... **Company Information:** * São Paulo, SP
