Job Summary: We are seeking a lawyer with experience in civil law of property and registry law to serve clients, draft legal documents, and manage cases. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in civil law of property and real rights (5+ years) 2. Practice in registry law and civil procedure 3. Management of judicial and administrative proceedings We are looking for a lawyer with at least five years of experience in civil law of property and real rights, involving possessory matters, ownership, easements, expropriations, boundary demarcation actions, and related issues, as well as registry law and civil procedure.
