Responsibilities Attend to and advise internal and external clients and suppliers. Conduct instructional activities aimed at technical and professional training for Medium-Level Technical Courses and Open Enrollment Courses, in accordance with institutionally defined curricula and applicable legal requirements for professional education. Organize didactic aspects of training activities, including tasks such as structuring activity plans, preparing supporting materials, and supervising practical learning experiences in external environments (e.g., companies). Maintain administrative control and records related to participant performance, in accordance with the Entity’s internal procedures and current regulations. Prepare individual and group reports, technical opinions, correspondence, texts, and documents related to the candidate’s field. Participate in identifying and suggesting operational materials, tools, equipment, and learning environments used in professional training activities, in line with the Entity’s defined technical and pedagogical standards. Guide and perform practical activities related to the installation and maintenance of machinery, equipment, utilities, and infrastructure, aligned with the institution’s defined training objectives and in compliance with current operational procedures and technical standards. Provide operational technical services in response to demands. Participate, as a team member, in the formulation, development, implementation, and evaluation of plans and projects within the candidate’s area of expertise and/or integrated initiatives. Participate in the formulation, implementation, and monitoring of planning and budgeting processes, as well as analysis of variables, scenarios, trends, and outcomes. Identify problems and propose improvement solutions. Manage inventory of materials within the candidate’s area. Lead work processes within the candidate’s area of expertise and/or integrated initiatives.
