Knowledge Proficiency in Excel spreadsheets and asset inventory. Responsibilities Serve and guide internal and external customers and suppliers. Perform technical support activities including classification, verification, analysis, research, document registration, calculations, and statistical work, in accordance with the Organization’s standards, procedures, policies, and guidelines. Prepare reports, correspondence, texts, and documents to support analysis and decision-making. Conduct data collection, organization, maintenance, handling, and archiving of information, following established processes and routines. Participate in the development, execution, control, and updating of processes within the area. Participate, as a team member, in the development, implementation, execution, and evaluation of plans and projects within the area of operation and/or integrated initiatives. Assist in preparing programs and delivering training related to the area of operation and/or integrated initiatives. Manage material stock within the area.
