Track maintenance and repair statuses, keeping customers informed about timelines and ensuring their satisfaction. Analyze sales performance (lost deals, ongoing deals, and new opportunities), supporting management in defining strategies. Support the finance department in evaluating customer creditworthiness by providing market and registration information. Record and update negotiation and opportunity information in company systems. Ensure achievement of regional sales forecast by executing the commercial action plan. Stay updated on products and solutions through trade fairs, training sessions, and interaction with technical departments. **Offer comprehensive solutions:** sales of new and used machinery, leasing, and maintenance contracts. Conduct frequent customer visits to strengthen relationships and identify new demands. Provide technical guidance to customers regarding proper equipment sizing. **Experience:** Sales experience, preferably in the machinery or equipment sector. Experience in customer service and commercial relationship development. Proven track record in achieving sales targets and commercial objectives. Knowledge of market and competition. **Technical Competencies:** Knowledge of machinery and equipment. Experience in consultative sales of machinery or similar equipment. Proficiency in sales and negotiation techniques. Ability to present and demonstrate products. Capability to analyze customer needs and propose appropriate solutions. **Requirements:** Class B driver’s license (CNH B) mandatory.
