We are looking for a highly qualified professional for the Senior QA position, specializing in Automated Testing, to work on Medical Management projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in API and FrontEnd automation, as well as experience leading quality initiatives and building an effective quality plan. Responsibilities: QA Leadership and Team Development: Lead the QA team, fostering a collaborative and continuously learning environment. Be responsible for training and guiding team members on automation practices and quality assurance. Quality Plan Structuring: Develop and implement a robust quality plan aligned with project objectives and industry best practices, ensuring test process efficiency and effectiveness. Test Automation: Design, develop, and maintain automated tests for APIs (using Java and RestAssured) and FrontEnds (built with Angular), ensuring functionality meets quality requirements. Test Scenario Extraction and Monitoring: Conduct interviews with business teams to identify and extract critical test scenarios, and monitor quality metrics to assess test effectiveness and identify areas for continuous improvement. Quality Rituals Execution: Facilitate quality rituals such as root cause analysis and code reviews, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and defect prevention.
