




Job Summary: Performs general cleaning and maintenance tasks to keep the facility and equipment in operational condition, adhering to biosafety and occupational safety standards. Implementation of biosafety and occupational safety standards Job Responsibilities: Perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks in both internal and external areas of the facility, using appropriate materials, tools, and predefined routines; Clean and maintain utensils, furniture, and general equipment to ensure they remain in operational condition; Restock restrooms with toilet paper, towels, and soap; Carry out duties in accordance with biosafety and/or occupational safety standards and procedures; Ensure proper custody, maintenance, upkeep, and cleaning of all equipment, tools, materials used, as well as the workplace; Perform other related tasks as required or at the discretion of the supervisor. Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts every 36 hours (7:00 AM to 7:00 PM) Benefits: Hazard pay; meals provided on-site; transportation allowance; health and dental insurance (co-payment plan); SESC membership card.
