Job Summary: Provide support in union relations, assisting in draft analysis, contract and collective agreement negotiations, and document organization to ensure compliance and foster positive relationships. Collaborate with the Legal Department and People Management Provide support for activities related to union relations, including assistance in draft analysis, monitoring of contract and collective agreement negotiations, and organization of documents and information that contribute to regulatory compliance and sound relationships with representative entities and operational areas. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain contact with unions via email, telephone, or videoconference to support the development of proposals for Collective Labor Agreements (CLAs) on topics of interest to the company; * Collect and analyze data from the RM system and prior agreements, conducting preliminary assessments of the impact of negotiated CLA clauses—focusing on mitigation of additional costs; * Support the analysis of CLA drafts, verifying wording, legality, and alignment with unit practices and current legislation; * Collaborate with the Legal Department in preparing responses to labor claims and organizing documentation for legal proceedings; * Participate in negotiations regarding salary adjustments and contractual clauses, contributing analyses of economic indices (e.g., INPC) and published Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs); * Conduct comparative analyses between CLAs registered in the RM system and those actually implemented, ensuring compliance; * Publish documents on the Mediador platform for CLA registration and consultation of current CBAs; * Monitor updates to labor legislation, assessing potential impacts on people management policies and practices; * Support internal communication of CLAs and CBAs, promoting alignment with involved departments; * Assume responsibility for the quality, reliability, and performance of resources, services, and information generated by tasks under one’s responsibility, maintaining confidentiality regarding matters related to Expresso Nepomuceno’s activities; * Stay updated on knowledge and technological advances relevant to one’s field of expertise, aiming to propose and suggest continuous improvements to equipment and processes for maximizing results; * Ensure proper maintenance of company assets, requesting maintenance, repair, and/or replacement whenever necessary; * Be accountable for Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) aspects in daily activities and ensure optimal service delivery to internal and external customers; * Perform other professional duties related to and inherent to the position, as directed and requested by the immediate supervisor. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum: Completed high school education; * Preferred: Undergraduate degree in Law (in progress or completed); * Basic Microsoft Office proficiency; * Basic knowledge of labor legislation; * Interpersonal skills; * Planning and organization, results orientation, and systemic vision. **Additional Information** * **Meal Allowance** – Receive assistance to cover your daily meals with greater peace of mind and well-being. * **Health Insurance Plan** – Take care of your health and your family’s with a comprehensive plan offering broad coverage at top-tier hospitals and clinics. * **Dental Insurance Plan** – Smile without worries!
