Since 1967, we have operated in the sugarcane-alcohol industry and are pioneers in alcohol and sugar production in the State of Pará—being the only mill in this sector in the North region. **Development, Boldness, and Growth** are the pillars that motivate us! **Join our team!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support and perform activities in the areas of: Administration, Accounting, and Economics—including cost management, budgeting, financial planning, internal controls, and performance analysis; * Assist in executing administrative, financial, and accounting routines, ensuring compliance with internal policies and applicable legislation. * Contribute to organizing and improving internal processes by proposing data-driven solutions and performance indicators. * Participate in developing internal controls and operational workflows to enhance efficiency and mitigate risks. * Collaborate across different organizational areas to ensure information alignment and support administrative and strategic needs. * Participate in structured development programs focused on technical training and analytical and managerial competency development. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or nearing completion of an undergraduate degree in: Administration, Accounting, or Economics; * Graduation completed within the last 3 years from universities recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); * Availability for on-site work; * Availability for full-time employment; * Graduated between 2022 and 2026, or expected to graduate by \[May/2026]; **Additional Information** * Accommodation in internal housing; * Subsidized meals at the company restaurant (breakfast, lunch, and dinner); * Health assistance covering 50% reimbursement of medical expenses; * Dental care plan for employees and their legal dependents; * Free collective transportation for employees (Ulianópolis ↔ Pagrisa Headquarters); * Partnership with Fortdeli stores; * Pagrisa Results Sharing Program.
