Join Cresol today! **Responsibilities and Duties** * We seek a professional preferably with experience as a developer, programming knowledge, and advanced proficiency in SQL—including data modeling and query optimization. * Agile and proactive, delivering solutions quickly without compromising quality, exceeding initial requests and proactively proposing improvements. * The professional should be willing to create robust and scalable corporate solutions with a focus on reuse across other projects, demonstrating strategic vision. They must possess strong communication and collaboration skills with Product Owners or requesters, ensuring alignment with business needs. Additionally, they are innovative and committed to delivering results that exceed expectations, combining technical expertise with organizational insight. * Analysis and development of systems supporting Risk areas (credit risk, liquidity risk, AML) and Credit Recovery. * Maintenance and enhancement of critical business solutions, ensuring security, reliability, and scalability. * Specification, modeling, and implementation of integrations between internal and external systems using APIs, messaging, and defined architectural standards. * Requirements gathering and analysis with business areas (Risk, Credit Recovery, and related areas), translating them into effective technological solutions. * Contribution to system architecture definition in on-premise and cloud (Azure) environments. * Support for data governance and reporting, especially for regulatory indicators, risk, and audit. * Work within agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), actively participating in ceremonies and contributing to continuous team improvement. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or related fields; * Ongoing postgraduate studies in Project Management; * Knowledge of SQL; * Familiarity with UML best practices; * Experience in software development. * Experience in Java development (Spring Boot, Quarkus, REST APIs). * Experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL—including modeling, optimized queries, and stored procedures. * Experience in cloud computing, especially Azure (DevOps, pipelines, containers, monitoring, resource management). * Knowledge of credit risk, liquidity risk, anti-money laundering (AML/FT), and credit recovery processes. * ETL and Data Factory experience is desirable. * Experience in regulated and financial environments, understanding compliance, audit, and financial sector reporting requirements. * Familiarity with agile methodologies. * Messaging and microservices experience is desirable. * Strong communication and business engagement skills, translating business needs into clear technical requirements. * Preferred: knowledge of statistical risk models or experience in financial cooperatives. **Additional Information** **Check out our benefits:** #### **For Your Growth and Future** **Length-of-Service Bonus** – We recognize your dedication and journey with us. **Postgraduate Assistance** – We invest in your knowledge with special incentives for your postgraduate studies. **Educational Discounts** – We offer exclusive partnerships with universities for undergraduate, graduate, and MBA programs. **Cresol Corporate University** – Incredible learning opportunities to boost your career. #### **To Celebrate Special Moments** **Birthday Day Off** – During your birthday month, in addition to a special gift, you’re entitled to one paid day off to celebrate however you wish! **Parent Bonus** – The arrival of a child deserves celebration!
