At BMG, we are driven to do things differently and better—with integrity, simplicity, and our unique way of being: the BMG Way. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Continuously evaluate emerging technologies, frameworks, and market trends related to software architecture, cloud platforms, and artificial intelligence—including generative AI. * Conduct technical feasibility studies and support the technology lifecycle. * Plan, execute, and document Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to validate solutions, including use of advanced services such as generative models, orchestrations, and AI pipelines. * Evaluate PoC outcomes, ensuring alignment with business and corporate architecture requirements. * Produce comprehensive technical documentation to support squads, strategic programs, and data and AI initiatives. * Design technology and AI solutions aligned with corporate standards, considering scalability, security, performance, cost, and governance. * Create and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, best practices, and reference components for cloud solutions, applications, and AI. * Regularly align with business areas, product, engineering, data, and security teams to ensure understanding of requirements and adherence of proposed solutions. * Collaborate with technology vendors and partners to assess platforms, components, and critical integrations. * Empower and guide development and engineering teams in adopting architectural standards, tools, AI models, and prompt engineering practices. * Support squads and tech leads in adopting best practices for development, integration, and AI usage.
