Research market trends and references to enhance digital presence **Job Details:** * Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal voucher, and on-site meals; * Working Hours: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Thursday; 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Friday * Schedule: Monday to Friday * Work Mode: In-person **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate work processes with department leadership for decision discussions and action alignment; * Support the creation and scheduling of social media content aligned with institutional strategies; * Monitor interactions and engagement, responding to comments and direct messages per team guidelines; * Track performance metrics and KPIs, preparing periodic reports on reach, engagement, and growth; * Research market trends and references, proposing innovative topics and formats to enhance digital presence; * Support editorial calendar management, ensuring adherence to deadlines and alignment with ongoing campaigns; * Organize image, video, and graphic material libraries, ensuring easy access and visual communication standardization; * Fulfill other workflow requirements in accordance with institutional policies, protocols, manuals, regulations, and bylaws. **Required Qualifications for this Selection Process** * Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (from the 3rd semester onward) in Communications, Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing, Journalism, or Marketing at an institution accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); * Minimum 6 months of experience in the role.
