The Business Analytics area aims to solve complex business problems. In other words, the Business Analytics team applies statistical techniques, algorithms, AI, stochastic and optimization methods to model internal and external data, generating valuable information that drives business improvement actions. We are seeking a candidate with structured thinking, a hands-on mindset, experience in agent and LLM (Generative AI) projects, strong communication skills, and a collaborative spirit. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Participate in developing solutions and **agents** based on **large language models (LLMs)** for application across the company’s products, processes, and services; * Perform **fine-tuning and customization of pre-trained models;** * Implement **data pipelines for model training and evaluation**, including preprocessing, tokenization, and dataset curation; * Support the integration of **generative AI models** into corporate systems, APIs, and business workflows, enabling automation and value generation; * Explore and apply **RAG techniques**, embeddings, and hybrid architectures as needed; * Explore and apply **prompt engineering techniques;** * Implement continuous improvements to systems, pursuing innovations and best practices in development; * Collaborate with development, data, and product teams to ensure robust, secure, and business-aligned solutions; * Document processes, experiments, and best practices, contributing to the technical knowledge growth of the area. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Computer Science**, **Computer Engineering**, or related fields; * Ongoing postgraduate studies, MBA, or Master’s degree in **Artificial Intelligence**, **Machine Learning**, **Data Science**, or **Cognitive Computing** (preferred); * Basic knowledge of **language models;** * Proficiency in Python; * Familiarity with the **AI model lifecycle**: from development through deployment and monitoring; * Basic knowledge of version control tools; * Proactivity, curiosity, and continuous learning. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience developing REST APIs in Python (Flask, Django, FastAPI, etc.); * Knowledge of agent development platforms: N8N, Make, Gumloop, Zapier; * Knowledge of web applications, integrations, APIs, and web services; * Basic knowledge of WhatsApp integrations; * Experience with cloud technologies (preferably Azure) and on-premises environments; * 1–2 years of experience working on applied AI projects (not exclusively generative AI); * Basic knowledge of Docker container orchestration; * English – Advanced level.
