Click HERE to return to the careers page. **Responsibilities and Duties** Here’s what you’ll do: * Build and maintain fast, dynamic, and intuitive dashboards for leadership, Business Partners, and the Executive Board (with clear visualizations focused on decision-making). * Structure and standardize People & Culture metrics (e.g., turnover, headcount, time bank, budget, movements, etc.), ensuring segmentation by executive board, job group, gender, and type of separation. * Ensure the quality, consistency, and timeliness of People & Culture data sources, acting as the guardian of calculation rules and validation procedures. * Integrate and correlate survey data (e.g., climate/engagement/internal NPS) with People metrics, consolidating analyses into a single hub. * Conduct diagnostic and predictive analyses (e.g., anticipating turnover risk, talent management), translating findings into actionable insights. * Collaborate with GRAN’s Corporate Data team to align strategy, infrastructure, governance, and best practices (avoiding isolated solutions). * Support the advancement of the People & Culture Artificial Intelligence initiative by preparing data, identifying use cases, and contributing to data-driven automations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **What we’re looking for:** * Prior experience as a Data/BI/Analytics Analyst (senior level), preferably in corporate metrics contexts (HR/Finance/Operations is a plus). * Proficiency in SQL and data modeling/querying (joins, validations, data quality, understanding relational structures and/or data lake). * Solid hands-on experience with BI and visualization tools (Power BI, Looker/Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar), including dashboard development for executive audiences. * Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills for validations, reconciliations, and quick analyses (pivot tables, functions, data organization). * Ability to translate business requirements into metrics and storytelling: communicate insights clearly, simply, and objectively to non-technical audiences. * Familiarity with data governance/quality and documentation (data dictionary, calculation criteria, versioning, and indicator traceability). * Nice-to-haves (not mandatory): certifications/courses in BI or data (e.g., Microsoft Power BI, Google Data Analytics, SQL), experience with Python (pandas), and/or automation and AI tools applied to analytics. **Additional Information** **Here’s what you’ll enjoy:** **Health and Well-being:** * 100% company-funded SulAmérica Health and Dental Plan with nationwide coverage. * Wellhub (Gympass) or gym reimbursement. * SESC partnership, granting access to cultural and leisure activities. * Starbem, Avus, and Auster apps: comprehensive health, well-being, and support services—including psychological, financial, and legal assistance. **Meals:** * Meal or Food Allowance paid via iFood card. **Recognition and Incentives:** * Home Office Allowance paid via iFood card. * Profit Sharing (PLR) according to current rules. * Extended maternity and paternity leave. * GranPix – Project Recognition Program with rewards. * Childcare Allowance. **Professional Development:** * Full tuition scholarship for Undergraduate and Graduate Programs at Gran University. * Free unlimited subscription to Gran Concursos. * Gran Academy – Corporate University for GranLovers’ development. * Policies encouraging continuous learning and professional growth. **Special Benefits:** * Onboarding kit and equipment provided by Gran. * Christmas Bonus in December. * Gran Baby Kit – a gift celebrating newborns in your family. * M.O.M – Momento Off Mamãe: one additional day off per year, scheduled with your direct manager. * Gran School Supplies Kit – school material allowance. * Inclusion Allowance – exclusively for persons with disabilities (PcD). * Petlove – pet health insurance for your family’s pets. **Time for You:** * Birthday Day Off. * Life Insurance. **Work Location:** Remote.
