This person will actively participate in measurement initiatives, KPI definition, user behavior analysis, and performance support for digital products and campaigns. **Tech Stack, Platforms, and Areas of Work**: SQL (BigQuery or Snowflake) \| Power BI or Looker Platform \| GA4, Google Tag Manager (client\-side) \| CRM / CDP (e.g., Insider) – audience and journey support \| Python (desirable for ad hoc analyses and simple automations) \| Concepts of Web Analytics, attribution, and campaign measurement. **Responsibilities and Assignments:** * Create and maintain **dashboards** and reports in Power BI/Looker, ensuring data consistency. * Collaborate with data and technology teams on **consumption of existing tables and layers**, flagging requirements for adjustments. * Support the **definition and monitoring of Product and Marketing KPIs** (funnel, conversion, engagement, retention, CAC, ROAS, etc.). * Conduct **exploratory analyses** and produce **actionable insights** for Product, Growth, and Marketing teams. * Provide **digital measurement support**, including GA4 conversion and event configuration. * Understand **CRM initiatives**, such as audience creation, basic journey design, validation, and performance analysis. * Participate in tests and experiments (A/B and multivariate), tracking metrics and consolidating results. * Ensure effective communication with stakeholders to explain analyses, results, and recommendations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science, or related fields. * **Intermediate SQL skills** for writing queries, joins, filters, and aggregations. * Knowledge of Digital Product or Digital Marketing metrics and KPIs. * Prior experience with **Web Analytics** (GA4) and **visualization tools**. * Familiarity with Cloud environments (GCP, AWS, or Azure) for analytical database usage. * Understanding of **attribution models**, conversion definitions, and paid channel analysis (Google Ads / Meta Ads). * Familiarity with **Google Tag Manager (client\-side)** and basic data layer concepts. * Strong analytical ability, organization, and cross-functional communication skills. **Desirable:** * Python for ad hoc analyses and simple automations. * Familiarity with **CRO**, experimentation, onboarding, and user behavior concepts. **Differentiators:** * Experience with event taxonomy and measurement planning (intermediate level). * Familiarity with GTM server\-side or advanced integrations. * Applied Data Science knowledge (clustering, propensity modeling, segmentation). * Participation in personalization or recommendation projects. **Additional Information** By caring for our people, we become the healthcare that people desire and the world needs—check out our benefits: * Nutrition care: Meal Voucher / Food Voucher or On-site Cafeteria (depending on location); * Health care: Health Insurance and Life Insurance; * Development care: Dasa University, Development and Career Cycle, Technology/PMAX Academies, and Crescer Program within Dasa; * Others: Transportation Voucher and Performance Bonus (PPR).
