If this describes you, join our team! **RESPONSIBILITIES AND ATTRIBUTES** * Identify and qualify potential leads through market research and prospecting tools; * Initiate initial contact with leads via phone, email, LinkedIn, and other communication tools; * Schedule meetings between qualified leads and sales executives; * Maintain detailed records of all lead interactions in the company’s management system; * Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective prospecting and lead conversion strategies; * Monitor and analyze performance metrics to adjust prospecting strategies as needed. **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS** * Prior experience in outbound prospecting or similar roles; * Ability to work across multiple communication channels and handle high-volume activities (calls, emails, leads); * Familiarity with prospecting software and CRM systems; * Knowledge of prospecting methodologies (SPIN, BANT, GPCT, rapport, and/or storytelling); * Organizational skills to manage workflow, track prospecting process stages, and ensure maximum efficiency; * Analytical skills to interpret performance data and adjust strategies.
