Unicred Eleva is seeking a professional to join its team in Santa Rosa/RS, responsible for managing the portfolio of cooperative members and delivering personalized financial advisory services, guiding members on financial products and services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the portfolio, acting as a Financial Planner, with the objective of retaining cooperative members; * Market products and services with a focus on the Cooperative’s results; * Prospect new business opportunities; * Monitor the credit cycle and, when necessary, carry out initial collection procedures; * Handle formal documentation related to business transactions; * Continuously pursue internal and external updates to optimize business strategies; * Guide cooperative members on how to use self-service and relationship channels; * Promote cooperative principles and the Cooperative’s products and services among employees, cooperative members, and the community. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Cooperative Studies, or related fields; * Postgraduate degree completed in Banking, Administration, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Finance, or related fields is considered an advantage; * Valid CPA certification required; * Certifications such as CPA-20 (C-Pro R), CEA (C-Pro I), and CFP are considered advantages; * Experience in a financial institution; * Willingness to reside and/or work in Santa Rosa/RS; * Willingness to travel nationally. **Exclusive prerequisites for Unicred – Núcleo Geração employees:** The candidate must be employed by Unicred for at least one year and meet the minimum profile requirements for this position (as specified above).
