Unicred Premium Capital seeks a professional to support branch management in achieving financial and member satisfaction targets, executing—under supervision—operational responses to various demands across the business platform, as well as providing cooperative members with business-related information and services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Welcome cooperative members at the branch and serve as their first point of contact; * Support cooperative members in using self-service and relationship channels; * Assist in portfolio management, aiming at cooperative members’ satisfaction and loyalty; * Market products and services, focusing on the Cooperative’s results; * Support business prospecting; * Perform operational processes and formalities related to business transactions; * Carry out cashier and treasury activities when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in the commercial area of a financial institution; * Knowledge of financial institutions’ products and services; * Valid CPA-20 (C-Pro R) certification. **Exclusive prerequisites for Unicred – Núcleo Geração employees:** The Unicred system employee must have been employed for at least one year and meet the minimum profile required for this position (requirements).
