Unicred Premium Capital seeks a professional to support branch management in achieving financial and cooperators' satisfaction goals and results, executing—under its supervision—responses to various operational demands of the business platform, as well as providing cooperators with information or business-related services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive cooperators at the branch, serving as the first point of contact; * Support cooperators in using self-service and relationship channels; * Support portfolio management, aiming at cooperators' satisfaction and loyalty; * Market products and services, focusing on the Cooperative’s results; * Support business prospecting; * Carry out operational processes and formalities related to business transactions; * Perform cash and treasury activities when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Experience in the commercial area of a financial institution; * Knowledge of financial institution products and services; * Valid CPA-20 certification. **Exclusive prerequisites for Unicred – Núcleo Geração employees:** The Unicred system employee must have at least one year of tenure and meet the minimum profile required for this position (requirements).
