Job Summary: Panobianco Academy is seeking a Receptionist to provide courteous service, register students, sell products/membership plans, organize the facility, and offer general support. Assisting in organizing the reception area and common spaces, keeping the environment clean. The academy seeks a Receptionist professional in Campinas (Jardim Campos Elíseos). Panobianco Academy offers a variety of fitness and wellness services. With a focus on health and quality of life, it provides a welcoming environment for its members. **Responsibilities:** Greet and receive students and visitors at the academy cordially and attentively. Register new students and update their information in the system. Sell academy products and membership plans, presenting options tailored to each customer’s profile. Provide information regarding class schedules, training modalities, unit rules, and current promotions. Assist in organizing the reception area and common spaces, maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Answer phone calls and messages, schedule appointments, and clarify inquiries. Previous experience as a Secretary, Telemarketing Operator, Customer Service Assistant, or Clinic Receptionist may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma completed.
