Job Summary: A reception professional responsible for guest service, information registration, cash handling, and visitor escort at a country club. Key Highlights: 1. Guest and customer service, ensuring a positive experience. 2. Reservation and information management, organizing check-in/out procedures. 3. Accompanying visitors throughout the facilities and introducing the premises. The country club is seeking a Receptionist in Vinhedo (Fazenda Santa Cândida). Recanto Campestre is a nature-oriented venue for events and leisure, offering infrastructure for parties, social gatherings, and outdoor activities. **Responsibilities:** Perform guest check-in and check-out, including registration and data updates. Provide telephone and in-person service, delivering information regarding reservations, services, and hotel facilities. Register guests in the system, issue room keys, and confirm reservations according to availability. Issue vouchers and other required documents per internal requests and policies. Balance and manage the front desk cash register, recording transactions and verifying amounts. Escort visitors to familiarize them with hotel facilities, presenting common areas and available services. Monitor guest counts for meals, coordinating with the food and beverage department. Report discrepancies to housekeeping staff and issue internal notifications to security and other departments. Follow instructions from supervisors, executing assigned orders and departmental procedures. Previous experience as a Secretary, Telemarketing Operator, Customer Service Assistant, or Clinic Receptionist may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
