Assist in organizing the reception area and common spaces, maintaining a clean and orderly environment. Answer phone calls and messages, schedule appointments, and clarify inquiries. Previous experience as a Secretary, Telemarketing Operator, Customer Service Assistant, or Clinic Receptionist may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma completed.
