On-site availability required in Camaçari/BA. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\. Manage production teams, execution of the production plan, product quality, equipment maintenance, and safety. 2\. Monitor the production plan, balance processes, control inventory and WIP (work-in-progress). 3\. Implement management documents and production processes to ensure product quality. 4\. Conduct order analysis, capacity calculation, line improvement, and quality enhancement. 5\. Promptly address production and equipment anomalies. 6\. Strictly supervise 5S practices and occupational safety. 7\. Perform other tasks assigned by management. 8\. As required by the department, manage the shop floor, teams, and safety to ensure fulfillment of the production plan. **Requirements and Qualifications** 1\. Completed undergraduate degree; strong communication and organizational skills. Experience in project management, operations, or quality is preferred. 2\. Knowledge of Industrial Engineering (IE) and continuous improvement on the shop floor; familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and data analysis. 3\.
