Job Summary: We are seeking a Product Specialist II to lead strategic Open Finance initiatives, drive business growth, and manage the end-to-end product lifecycle with direct impact on P&L. Development of innovative projects and solutions in Open Finance We seek a Product Specialist II to serve as a reference point in Open Finance, leading strategic initiatives for individuals and legal entities. This role will play a pivotal part in leveraging Open Finance to accelerate business growth, directly impacting P&L while managing the full product lifecycle. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as leader for Open Finance initiatives targeting individuals and legal entities; * Drive Safra’s business growth through the use of Open Finance data and transactions; * Accelerate commercial actions via Open Finance with direct impact on P&L; * Develop projects, continuous improvements, and new Open Finance-related solutions; * Ensure regulatory compliance, guaranteeing adherence to current rules and regulations; * Manage product support and regulatory incident management with the Central Bank of Brazil (Bacen); * Identify opportunities to improve processes, customer journeys, and products; * Promote operational efficiency, monitoring and enhancing journey conversion rates; * Collaborate with UX teams and distribution channels to design integrated solutions; * Execute the tactical plan, ensuring alignment with the strategic objectives of the Products and Commercial Segments areas; * Work closely with Technology teams and supporting areas during development and testing phases, ensuring: * Preparation of functional specifications; * Development of test scripts; * Quality, consistency, and effectiveness in deliverables; * Support in documentation and training. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Experience in developing and managing financial products, with a structured, results-oriented approach; * Prior experience in the financial market; * Experience in data analysis, KPIs, and performance management to identify business opportunities; * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to propose effective solutions; * Analytical, organized profile with strategic vision and attention to detail; * Business-oriented mindset, with understanding of financial impact; * Advanced Office suite proficiency; * Fundamental knowledge of: Excel, Power BI, and SQL. **Additional Information** * Academic and technical training programs; * Career advancement opportunities; * Meal voucher and food allowance; * Health and dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Special conditions on our financial products; * Daycare / babysitter allowance; * Educational incentive; * TotalPass; * Opportunity located near the subway station. **All our positions are open to People with Disabilities (PwD).
