The professional will be responsible for identifying pain points and opportunities, proposing improvements, building and managing roadmaps, negotiating priorities, and monitoring initiative execution alongside the development team—all with a focus on data, efficiency, and customer experience. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as the liaison point among Sales, Marketing, and Technology departments. * Map business needs, pain points, and opportunities related to the company’s website and sales, marketing, and customer relationship processes. * Continuously evaluate used CRM, chatbot, and integration tools (HubSpot, Take Blip, and AI solutions), tracking their evolution and market alternatives. * Build and manage **Website, CRM, and Chatbot roadmaps**, aligned with business strategies. * Negotiate priorities and jointly monitor execution with agile development teams. * Define business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. * Apply agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, OKRs) for initiative management. * Analyze data to propose new features, optimize processes, and support decision-making. * Drive continuous improvement and innovation in sales and digital marketing customer journeys. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proven experience as a **Product Owner** or **Business Partner**. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Digital Marketing, or related fields. * Solid experience in **Digital Performance** and **CRM** (preferably **HubSpot**) with focus on **marketing automation and sales funnels**. * Practical experience in **CRO** (Conversion Rate Optimization) and **funnel analysis** (MQL to SQL), focused on reducing CAC and increasing conversion. * Strong knowledge of **SEO**, **Google Analytics** (GA4), and data visualization tools. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and OKR-based management. * Prior experience with **chatbots** (Take Blip) and **AI agents** for sales/customer service, as well as knowledge of **system integration**, is a plus. * English proficiency level A2 or higher. * **Analytical, proactive**, and communicative profile, with strong negotiation and relationship-building skills, and a focus on **commercial value generation**. **Work Location** Hybrid model, based in **Pinheiros – São Paulo** **Additional Information** Dynamic and collaborative environment that values professional development Opportunity for growth within an institution committed to educational excellence Medical insurance Dental insurance Transportation allowance Life insurance Study scholarships TotalPass (health and wellness plan) SESC partnership Birthday day-off Meal allowance or food voucher per current policy Ongoing training and professional development courses Discounts at Cultura Inglesa College Discounts at external colleges Cultura Inglesa is one of the most awarded language-learning brands in the market.
