Unicred Integração is seeking a professional to serve as a Products and Services Advisor, with focus on Payment Methods. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Oversee the implementation of systemic products and services policies; * Promote solutions enabling branches to achieve targets defined in the strategic plan; * Contribute to identifying new business opportunities aimed at continuous improvement of products and services; * Provide commercial support and guidance to branch teams; * Participate in systemic forums related to products and services, representing and communicating the cooperative’s needs and implementing decisions made; * Conduct strategic visits to branches and cooperatives, offering specialized guidance and consultancy; Support the development of business processes by providing information and creating strategies for continuous improvement. * **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * **Active certification:** CPA20 and/or CEA. **Knowledge in:** * Financial Products and Services; * Strategic Planning; * Commercial Strategies and Best Practices; * Economic Scenario; * Financial Consulting; * Financial Mathematics; * Cooperativism. **Exclusive prerequisites for Unicred \- Núcleo Geração employees:** The Unicred system employee must have at least one year of tenure and meet the minimum profile required for this position (requirements).
