Responsible for maintaining the store ready to receive customers, supplying departments with products, and keeping them organized—from receipt in inventory through to the final stage of customer service, including payment and product delivery to the customer. **Main Responsibilities:** Monitor merchandise receipt via the inventory system, recording all executed operations to ensure process reliability. Update merchandise prices according to deadlines stipulated by the system. Ensure merchandise restocking across all store departments. Maintain the inventory area in appropriate condition for conducting inventories, receiving merchandise, and optimizing product visibility. Serve customers by executing all steps of the sales closing process, focusing on excellent service and data verification. Process merchandise returns according to the exchange policy. Promote, offer, and register new customers for the Pompéia card. **Prerequisites:** ? Completed high school education; ?
