Our office is located in Imbiribeira, South Zone of Recife. **Responsibilities and Duties** Human-Centered Attraction and Selection: * Manages all recruitment stages—from job posting to screening, interviews, and group dynamics—always seeking candidates who not only possess technical competencies but also embody our values. * Supports approved candidates throughout the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth, organized, and welcoming arrival. Development and Performance: * Assists in and executes performance evaluations, acting as an essential facilitator so employees and leaders across all departments can hold meaningful conversations about growth and results. * Assists in executing and monitors organizational climate surveys, helping capture the organization’s voice and transform insights into concrete actions that improve our daily operations. * Delivers training aimed at developing teams and leaders.
