Here, you’ll be the first point of contact for our students and their guardians, delivering welcoming service, sales support, assistance, and engagement at every stage of the customer relationship. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities** * Provide welcoming and efficient service to customers and students, either in person or via digital channels. * Clarify inquiries regarding courses, products, and services offered by Cultura Inglesa. * Engage across the entire sales cycle: **pre-sales, sales, and post-sales**, ensuring a complete customer experience. * Organize and support the execution of **cultural events and official exams**, such as Cambridge and Proficiency exams. * Conduct **follow-ups** with customers, track complaints, and assess satisfaction levels. * Support student enrollment and departure processes, observe behaviors, and report situations to leadership. * Update and organize databases of active and inactive customers. * Identify complaint patterns to support service improvements. * Collaborate with teachers, coordinators, and other staff members. * Participate in training sessions and contribute to continuous process improvement. * Comply with internal policies, information security standards, and data protection regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Excellent verbal and written communication skills. * Ability to work in **sales and customer service**. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactivity. * Empathetic, courteous, and enthusiastic personality. **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with Google tools (Drive, Calendar, Forms, etc.). * Experience in customer service within educational institutions. * Basic English knowledge will be considered a plus. **Additional Information** **Schedule:** Monday to Thursday (no Saturday) from 13:00–19:30 / Friday from 12:30–19:00.
