We are looking for a **Mining Technician** to be close to operations, support customers daily, and generate real field impact. **Work Format: On-site** | **Travel availability required** | **CLT employment** | **Location:** **Canaã dos Carajás/PA.** * **Your responsibilities will include:** * Analyze and interpret operational data, identifying deviations and improvement opportunities, and generate valuable technical reports for the customer; * Monitor and manage the database, ensuring integrity and consistency of operational data collected by the system; * Implement system functionalities directly in the field, aligned with product and support teams, adapting the solution to the customer’s operational reality; * Create, deploy, and standardize operational processes for using the Mining Control system, reinforcing best practices and scalability; * Collaborate with technical support, product, and IT teams as the technical focal point for alignment and issue resolution; * Conduct training for customer operators and technical teams with clarity and pedagogical effectiveness, promoting efficient system usage; * Provide technical support regarding operational queries, resolving practical issues and fostering customer autonomy; * Demonstrate the system’s potential to the customer by presenting results applied directly to operations; * Respond promptly and critically to diverse technical requests, maintaining high technical response quality; * Configure and support hardware installation (tablets, power supplies, mounts, and other sensors), ensuring proper device functionality in the field; * Manage local inventory, ensuring availability of spare parts and devices on-site; * Support operational and administrative demands of the department, contributing to internal organization and control. * **What we expect from you:** * Technical qualification in mining; * Knowledge of fleet management KPIs and operational control; * Strong communication skills and ability to teach clearly (you will serve as the customer’s reference); * Analytical capability to interpret data and perform operational correlations; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Organizational skills, autonomy, and strong sense of responsibility in the field; * Driver’s license category B; * Willingness to travel and work in a mine environment. * **It would be great if you also had:** * Practical field experience (maintenance, automation, or mine systems); * Basic knowledge of Excel, BI tools, and data analysis; * Familiarity with databases and simple SQL queries is a plus; * Technical knowledge of sensors, power supplies, CAN networks, and embedded devices; * Experience with dispatch systems, telemetry, operational control, or automation.
