We strive to make Globo increasingly diverse—in representation and thought—learning from each other and fostering creativity and innovation. **Work model:** Hybrid, at locations with Globo offices (SP, RJ, POA, BH, RECIFE, or BRASÍLIA) **Responsibilities and duties** **Your day-to-day will include:** * Architecting, managing, and evolving automated workflows to support data scientists in building machine learning–based products; * Developing, testing, and maintaining data ingestion, transformation, and delivery pipelines; * Ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance of data solutions; * Ensuring reproducibility and governance of developed models; * Working with large volumes of structured and unstructured data. **Requirements and qualifications** **What you need:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or related fields; * Experience in software engineering, DevOps, MLOps, or Data Platform Engineering; * Hands-on experience with GCP (Google Cloud Platform); * Experience building data pipelines (ETL/ELT), preferably in cloud environments—especially GCP (Google Cloud Platform); * Knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) using Terraform; * Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; * Basic knowledge of containerization; * Experience with version control (Git) and agile methodologies; * Understanding of best practices in data security, governance, and quality; * Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams. **What sets you apart:** * Experience with LLMs and RAG; * Familiarity with machine learning model versioning; * Knowledge of automated testing for ML model accuracy; * Proactive approach to researching optimizations for deployed models; * PyTorch; * Hugging Face. **Additional information** **Why join Globo:** Come and let’s create stories and technologies together.
