We are seeking an **Intern** to support reliability in production environments, assisting with operational oversight of one or more applications. This person will have the opportunity to learn, hands-on, about monitoring, incident response, service recovery, and continuous improvement of operational processes—working alongside development and infrastructure teams. **Responsibilities** * Support monitoring of production environments, assisting in identifying and logging incidents * Assist in incident response, participating in service mitigation and recovery processes * Support root cause analysis, contributing to investigations and lessons learned * Assist in collecting data for creating and maintaining dashboards, metrics, and alerts * Support preventive maintenance activities * Participate in initiatives to automate routine operational tasks * Contribute to continuous improvement of processes, operational standards, and reliability practices **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program in Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields * Availability to intern **6 hours per day** * Proactive, agile profile with strong adaptability to change * Analytical ability and teamwork mindset * Aptitude for learning and acquiring new knowledge **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic knowledge of cloud and container environments (AWS, Kubernetes, Docker) * Familiarity with databases and SQL * Interest in or experience with monitoring and observability tools
