Unicred Eleva is seeking a professional to join its team in Campo Grande/MS to manage high-income individual cooperative members’ portfolios, offering personalized financial advisory services and guidance on financial products and services. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Manage the portfolio by acting as a Financial Planner, aiming to enhance cooperative members’ loyalty; * Market products and services with a focus on the Cooperative’s results; * Prospect business opportunities; * Monitor the credit cycle and, when necessary, carry out initial collection procedures; * Handle formalities related to business transactions; * Continuously pursue internal and external updates to optimize business strategies; * Guide cooperative members on the use of self-service and relationship channels; * Promote cooperativism and the Cooperative’s products and services among employees, cooperative members, and the community. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Cooperativism, or related fields; * A completed postgraduate degree in Banking, Business Administration, Business Management, Human Resource Management, Finance, or related fields is an advantage; * Valid CPA-10 certification; * CPA-20, CEA, ANCORD, or CFP certifications are advantages; * Experience in a financial institution managing high-income individual cooperative members’ portfolios; * Availability to work in Campo Grande/MS; * Availability for domestic travel. **Exclusive prerequisites for Unicred – Núcleo Geração employees**: The Unicred system employee must have been employed for at least one year and meet the minimum profile required for this position (requirements).
