**Responsibilities and assignments**
------------------------------------
* Monitor cashier activities, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and policies;
* Verify accuracy of financial transactions, ensuring correct recording of products and amounts;
* Manage waiting queues and direct customers to available cashiers, optimizing service flow;
* Resolve financial transaction-related issues and complaints effectively and courteously;
* Conduct cash drawer counting and recording at the start and end of each shift;
* Provide training and guidance to cashiers to ensure adherence to established policies.
**Requirements and qualifications**

* Completed high school education.
* Customer service experience.
