




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for recording and tracking campaign approvals, issuing and verifying invoices, validating billing data, and providing customer support regarding payments, as well as performing administrative and financial coordination tasks. Knowledge of billing, taxes, and financial routines Responsibilities: \- Record campaign approvals in the financial control spreadsheet; \- Send approvals via e\-mail to clients, influencers, and internal teams; \- Monitor billing deadlines and ensure correct issuance of invoices; \- Issue invoices (NF\-e, NFS\-e, etc.) and Insertion Orders (IO, PI, or PO); \- Verify and validate billing data (CNPJ, company name, e\-mail, due date, amounts); \- Request missing information required for billing; \- Validate service delivery with the sales or operations team; \- Complete physical or online registrations; \- Review and validate contracts, orders, proposals, and project scopes with the Account Management or Sales teams; \- Send invoices and bank slips to clients; \- Update internal systems and control spreadsheets with the status of sent invoices; \- Reissue fiscal documents when necessary; \- Cross-check billed amounts against proposals and contracts; \- Ensure proper archiving of invoices and documents in the Finance folder (Drive). Administrative Financial Interface: \- Coordinate payment dates with the Accounts Payable and Receivable department; \- Organize and validate fiscal information for internal control; \- Perform financial registrations and entries in Omie and Monday systems, per coordination instructions; \- Support influencers and clients regarding payment deadlines and campaign progress.
