Does this resonate with you?**Then** **join our team as Finance Business Partner supporting the Global POC Alternate Channel****Your Missions and Responsibilities:*** Partner with the POC Alternate Channel teams to identify and understand financial challenges. Provide insights, reports, and solutions that help the business make informed decisions and improve performance. * Serve as the first and primary finance contact for the POC LAM Alternate Channel Business team, collaborating closely with the DX LAM Finance team. * Coordinate and submit monthly revenue forecasts and annual budgets for Global Alternate Channels. * Analyze deal escalations and pricing proposals; assist the business team in pricing decisions that balance growth and profitability. * Conduct regular contract controlling activities to ensure compliance with distribution agreements. Collaborate with central Contract Management, OTC/GLSC, and Finance teams in central Distribution Centres located in the USA and Europe. * Draft and coordinate Intercompany Service Agreements (ISA/SLA) across Siemens Healthineers legal entities. * Perform finance due diligence activities for new distribution agreements. * Assess financial requests (e.g., credit notes, FoC, etc.) from POC Distributors in line with Siemens Healthineers internal policies and POC financial targets. * Provide support for various financial and operational reporting requests from POC HQ and POC Management. **Your Attributes and Skills:*** Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. * 3+ years of experience in Finance. * Strong motivation to learn and grow. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Fluency in English and Spanish. **Our Global Team:** We are a team of over 73,000 highly dedicated professionals across more than 70 countries, pushing the boundaries of what is possible in healthcare to help improve people’s lives worldwide.
