The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing a team capable of identifying and developing new opportunities to drive products and services—by enhancing the Mais Vantagens loyalty program’s value proposition, boosting customer engagement and retention, and achieving scalable profitability. About the Mais Vantagens Program: Mais Vantagens is a corporate loyalty program offering a range of exclusive, complimentary benefits. The program aims to be part of companies’ daily operations, delivering personalized rewards and a unique experience for clients who consolidate their relationship with us.
