The Squad is responsible for managing all models used to define recovery strategies, active portfolio management, as well as supporting analytics in building offers for regularizing delinquent customers. Additionally, it is tasked with implementing Gen AI across various recovery journeys, aiming to increase daily process efficiency and automation—such as providing new model architectures to accelerate digitalization within the ecosystem. In this role, you will: Manage the backlog of the PJ Recovery Community’s Data Scientists and Data Engineers, in partnership with teams from the Advanced Analytics and Technology Directorate; Develop, implement, and maintain credit recovery models, in collaboration with business teams; Centralize, monitor, and implement challenging projects with third-party companies, as well as report progress to leadership. Develop new functionalities, processes, and journeys in the recovery ecosystem using Gen AI.
