Your mission will be: To contribute to and monitor customer credit granting processes and their effectiveness, as well as manage and recover outstanding amounts; oversee credit limit approvals and release of payment terms; obtain bank approvals; issue contracts; dispatch invoices; and collect documents for analysis. Carry out the sellers’ collections process, including bank clearance, suspension of protests, and issuance of letters of consent as required. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1. Responsible for gathering and analyzing customer credit information obtained from platforms, suppliers, and bank accounts; 2. Analyze documents, financial statements, and other financial reports; 3. Evaluate customer credit proposals; 4. Grant or recommend credit limits in accordance with Company policy; 5. Submit credit operations to appropriate decision-making authorities when necessary; 6. Collect and organize documents required for credit analysis, including financial information, commercial references, and other relevant data; 7. Suspend judicial protests when necessary to avoid legal implications for the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: Completed Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting Sciences, Economics, Law, or related fields. Experience in credit-related activities, credit guarantees, and collections—B2F, PJ, PF, Channels, Producers. Solid knowledge of credit granting policies and procedures. Experience in credit analysis and collections management. Familiarity with financial and legal regulations related to credit and collections. Basic knowledge of financial statement analysis for Legal Entities, such as balance sheets, income statements (DRE), cash flow statements, and Income Tax filings, applied to credit granting and renewal processes. Knowledge of restrictive credit checks (Judicial Courts, Serasa, Federal Revenue, Commercial Registries, Central Bank).
