Come be yourself and join a TIM team that has the courage to innovate, the freedom to try, and the desire to make a difference in people's lives. \#imagineaspossibilities We value applications from People with Disabilities, Black People, LGBTI+ People, People aged 45+, and Women! **Responsibilities and Duties** Responsible for performing specialized maintenance and operations on mobile and fixed network systems. **ACTIVITIES** * Perform operation and maintenance on the assigned network. * Support the deployment area for new products/services across fixed, mobile, and corporate domains. * Perform programming on networks based on Value-Added Services (VAS) equipment. * Develop scripts and processes for automation (Python, Java, HTML). * Perform advanced Level 3 troubleshooting on VAS platforms. * Develop metrics for service-level analysis. * Conduct trend analysis and behavior analysis based on statistical data from networks and services. * Interface with the procurement team for RFI/RFQ definition and follow-up; engineering teams (IP, mobile, fixed, corporate); IT; Corporate Security and IT Security; L1 and L2 teams; and commercial areas to provide technological support for new services. * Coordinate with regulatory bodies, partners/customers, and system/service providers (optical transmission, services, platforms, etc.). * Participate in and provide on-site support for interfaces with internal and external entities. * Plan and execute disaster recovery. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Solid experience in troubleshooting Core Network elements (medium- and low-complexity issues) and IP networks (routers and switches); experience in operational support and maintenance for telecommunications operators. * Experience in converged environments covering fixed and mobile networks. * Experience validating new solutions in production environments. * Knowledge of operating systems (Linux, Unix, etc.) and experience with data center infrastructure equipment (servers, storage, switches, routers, etc.). * Knowledge of databases: SQL, MongoDB, NoSQL, MySQL, among others. * Knowledge of programming languages: Shell Script, Python, Ansible, etc. * Solid knowledge of STP and TCP/IP protocols, application and routing protocols: DNS, DHCP, FTP, SFTP, NTP, SSH, SNMP, OSPF; and advanced knowledge of signaling protocols SIGTRAN, SIP, SS7 (Camel, MAP, ISUP, INAP), Diameter. * Experience with monitoring tools: NMS for data centers, HPE OpenView, Zabbix; and experience managing network devices in virtualized environments. * Bachelor’s degree completed. * Availability to work on night shifts under a 5x2 schedule, with weekend on-call duty. **Additional Information** At TIM, your well-being is our well-being—thus, the Conexão Bem + Estar program aims to strengthen TIM’s genuine care for the TIM team and their families through practical initiatives across multiple fronts, ensuring everyone feels well—both personally and professionally.
