Job Summary: The Commercial Administrative Assistant will perform commercial and administrative tasks, including customer service and presenting the clinic’s services, in accordance with standard operating procedures. The Commercial Administrative Assistant will perform commercial and administrative tasks, including customer service and presenting the clinic’s services, following work instructions specified in the company’s Standard Operating Procedures Manual. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Maintain equipment and workplace organization, ensuring proper care and preservation; * Explain and formalize dental service contracts with customers, in compliance with the company’s manual and regulations; * Archive contracts and other documents in designated locations, as stipulated in the company’s manual and regulations; * Enter financial data from customer contracts into the computerized system; * Contact customers who have not paid their first installment to renegotiate and agree upon a new payment date; * Renegotiate terms with delinquent customers, per the company’s manual and regulations; submit a monthly report to the franchisee/manager containing details of all renegotiations conducted; * Submit a monthly report containing data on treatment cancellations, dropouts, and completions; scheduled and completed evaluations; formalized contracts; and new customers; * Address customer complaints regarding treatment and propose appropriate solutions; * Cancel dental service contracts for customers discontinuing treatment, per the company’s manual and regulations; * Participate in technical and/or behavioral training sessions organized by the company. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (e.g., Business Administration or related fields); * Customer service experience; * Intermediate computer skills; * Basic mathematical calculation knowledge; * Negotiation and sales techniques.
