Do you want to lead this story? **We have an opportunity for a DATA ANALYST II — join us!** -------------------------------------------------------------------- **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct advanced data analyses with a focus on generating insights to support strategic decision-making. * Develop, automate, and maintain dashboards and reports in **Looker Studio**, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and timeliness of information. * Structure and process datasets from diverse sources (ERP systems, spreadsheets, APIs, SQL databases, etc.). * Collaborate with business areas to translate requirements into analytical solutions and performance indicators (KPIs). * Conduct statistical studies and predictive analyses to identify patterns and improvement opportunities. * Ensure data integrity, consistency, and governance across analytical processes. * Support digital transformation initiatives, process automation, and continuous improvement. * Promote a data-driven culture across the organization, guiding teams on best practices for data usage and interpretation. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in **Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, Systems Analysis and Development, Information Technology**, or related fields. * Proven experience in data analysis and development of executive dashboards in **Looker Studio**. * Experience with data manipulation and processing using **SQL** and **advanced Excel/Google Sheets**. * Knowledge of **programming languages for data analysis** (Python or R). * Experience with **data modeling, ETL**, and integration across multiple data sources. * Strong analytical reasoning, critical thinking, and results orientation. * Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical analyses into business-friendly language. #LI-AM1 #LI-ONSITE We are **passionate about our legacy** and **committed to who we aspire to be**.
