Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical, innovative, and proactive Internal Auditor to audit integrated risk management processes, assess controls, and identify risks across various areas. If you consider yourself analytical, innovative, proactive, dynamic, creative, and critical, this opportunity is for you! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct internal audits across organizational areas to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, compliance with established policies and procedures, and identification of potential risks—particularly in risk management and capital management areas—with primary focus on CMN Resolution No. 4.557/17 and related regulations. * Plan and execute audit tests, including document review and data analysis, to obtain sufficient and appropriate audit evidence supporting audit conclusions. * Assess the effectiveness of existing internal controls, identifying deficiencies and improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to enhance processes and mitigate risks. * Prepare clear and concise audit reports highlighting conclusions, recommendations, and corrective action plans. * Monitor implementation of audit recommendations, tracking progress of corrective actions established by respective areas and evaluating implementation effectiveness. * Stay updated on internal auditing best practices, regulations, self-regulatory standards, and relevant norms, applying such knowledge to audit activities. * Provide support and guidance to internal audit team members, sharing knowledge and experience to foster professional development of both self and team. * Maintain confidentiality of information obtained during audits, ensuring data security and integrity. * Support evaluation of internal audit strategic drivers and priorities, acting as a facilitator in identifying risks and risk factors that may significantly impact achievement of strategic objectives. * Contribute to Sicredi’s sustainable development through preventive and educational actions. * Promote development of risk management and compliance culture. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Essential Experience** * Proven, substantial experience in auditing work, with solid expertise in risk management and internal controls. **Essential Technical Skills** * Completed undergraduate degree in: Administration, Economics, Accounting Sciences, Engineering, or related fields. * Knowledge of risk management applicable to financial institutions (including: credit risk; market risk; interest rate risk for instruments classified in the banking book—IRRBB; operational risk; liquidity risk; social, environmental, and climate risk; and other relevant risks); liquidity and capital management; internal controls, compliance, and corporate governance. * Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data to identify trends, anomalies, and assess potential risks, grounding audits in concrete evidence. * Knowledge of continuous auditing and automated testing. **Essential Behavioral Skills** * Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, with focus on deadlines, quality, and strategic alignment. * Capacity to communicate clearly and objectively, adapting language to the audience.
