The AI Engineer is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and evolution of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions, and for identifying business opportunities enabled by this technology. This professional will collaborate with software development teams, data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to build AI systems that are scalable, secure, and effective—operating across diverse contexts such as customer service agents/assistants, software development copilots, among others—thereby providing the organization with holistic direction and vision on AI. In this role, we also face the challenge of staying continuously updated on AI trends and emerging technologies, and being capable of identifying and applying best practices for AI solutions, while safeguarding the AI landscape and big picture—including its respective use cases. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Design and develop scalable and secure AI solutions that meet user needs and solve complex business problems. * Collaborate with software development teams, data engineers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to implement AI solutions across multiple projects. * Identify opportunities to apply AI solutions across various business areas and promote AI adoption. * Analyze business data and processes to identify improvement opportunities and develop AI solutions that optimize processes and increase efficiency. * Define AI standards and guidelines, and ensure AI solutions comply with data security and privacy policies. * Provide technical guidance and leadership to software development teams, data engineers, and data scientists to ensure delivery of high-quality AI solutions. * Stay up to date with AI trends and emerging technologies, and assess their relevance to existing and future AI solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Solutions Architect. * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. * Prior experience designing and developing AI solutions. * Knowledge of machine learning techniques, natural language processing, machine learning, computer vision, and other AI-related domains. * Strong programming skills in languages such as Python or JavaScript. * Verbal and written communication skills. **Additional Information** At the **Sicredi Administrative Center (CAS)**, for positions in business areas, we adopt a hybrid work model consolidated as 3 days onsite at the company headquarters, located at Av.
