If you also believe in the power of cooperation and wish to make a difference, we want to meet you! \#VemSerSicredi! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Welcome and assist both members and non-members, directing them to the channel that provides the best service experience—whether physical or digital; * Identify and foster new business opportunities with members, referring them to Business Managers for further assistance and supporting the formalization of operations; * Support collection efforts for credit operations in cases of delinquency and within negotiated timelines, as guided by the business area, aiming to recover the lent capital; * Receive documents and be responsible for verifying them, ensuring compliance with legal formalities of operations, thereby preparing routines for faster and more efficient service delivery to members’ requests, as well as maintaining up-to-date registration data. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree (in progress or completed) in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * ANBIMA CPA certification; * Knowledge of financial products and services; * Customer service experience—preferably in financial institutions—is considered an advantage. **Additional Information** **PPR (Profit Sharing Program):** Your effort is recognized and valued!
