Assistance in documentation registration and organization Selection Process for Examination Room Assistant \- Primary Health Care Santa Marcelina \- Public Notice No. 56/2026 For further information, please access Public Notice No. 56/2026 available at: https://aps.santamarcelina.org/ Main Responsibilities: * Maintain a professional image aligned with the institution’s identity, mission, vision, and values; adopt a confident attitude and healthy habits to ensure personal balance and well-being; * Coordinate work processes with area leadership for decision-making discussions and action alignment; * Receive and welcome users to Diagnostic Support services; * Verify user documentation (medical referral, SUS card, medical record); * Organize patient flow in the waiting room and corridors; * Provide instructions regarding preparation for Diagnostic Support examinations and clarify any doubts; * Confirm whether the user has completed required preparations for the procedure; * Instruct patients on proper positioning according to the examination to be performed and remain in the room while the physician conducts the procedure; * Deliver examination results after verifying user data; * Type documents and examination reports and register them in the production spreadsheet as instructed by the physician; * Daily organization of the Diagnostic Support room, restocking standard printed forms and necessary materials; * Perform concurrent cleaning of furniture surfaces before each procedure; * Reschedule appointments whenever necessary; * Report daily Diagnostic Support production data to the manager/coordinator; * Organize and archive Diagnostic Support documentation (medical records, referrals and counter-referrals, SADT); * Confirm scheduling of Diagnostic Support examinations; * Safeguard institutional assets, infrastructure, equipment, materials, and workplace environment; * Fulfill other work process requirements in accordance with institutional policies, protocols, manuals, regulations, and bylaws.
