Demonstrates **organization, responsibility, agility, and commitment** to routines related to **academic service**. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school (higher education in progress or completed preferred); prior experience in customer service (in-person, telephone, or digital); basic computer skills (Office Suite, TOTVS, and academic systems/CRM); strong verbal and written communication skills; availability to work during business hours (or according to the academic schedule).
