We provide recruitment, selection, and consulting services to companies seeking to optimize their people management. **Responsibilities:** Execute high-volume employee hiring processes. Carry out contract termination procedures. Maintain solid knowledge of labor laws, INSS, FGTS, and other tax obligations. Use payroll systems for data processing. Develop advanced spreadsheets for controlling and analyzing labor-related information. Contribute to payroll error reduction and improved labor compliance. Assist in reducing legal risks associated with personnel department routines. Participate in transparent processes that foster employee engagement. Previous experience as Human Resources Assistant, Human Resources Analyst, Payroll Assistant, or Human Resources Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position.
