Main responsibilities: * Support operational routines related to credit and collections; * Monitor contracts and delinquencies; * Contact cooperative members to negotiate and resolve outstanding matters; * Organize documents and update information in internal systems; * Assist in data analysis to support decision-making; * Provide support for departmental requests. **Requirements:*** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Knowledge of Power BI; * Intermediate Excel skills; * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail.
